Q: How do I order from Cardais Gourmet?
A: Just give me a call with your choices and any special instructions, and I will take it from there.

A: I will deliver your food to you within an approximate 10 miles radius.  No extra charge.

Q: What if I live more than 10 miles away?
A: Depending on how much extra distance there will be a delivery charge.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes, I have a minimum order of $100.00.   Of course, there's no minimum on my packaged foods (granola, pecans etc), but you can enjoy a discount on 3 lbs or more of granola.  If you're a first-time customer there is no minimum!

A: I require 48 hours.

Q:  What can you tell me about your ingredients?     
A: I use only canola and extra virgin olive oils, fresh vegetables, real  butter, cream, and sugars.  When possible I use fresh herbs from my garden.   I never use food colors, MSG, or preservatives.

Q:  What is the nutritional info for the Gourmet Granola?
A:  Per 1/2 cup serving: 262 calories,
11 G fat (1G sat, 6 G mono), 0 MG cholesterol, 37 G carbohydrates, 7 G proteins, 5 G fiber,  67 MG sodium.
Nutrition bonus: 83 MG magnesium (20% daily value), 20% DV fiber.
 
Q: What are the serving sizes?
A: Each entree, side, and one dish meals serve 4 people.   Desserts serve 8-12.

Q: How do I reheat my food?
Most everything reheats well in the microwave. I recommend you reheat slowly, one minute at a time and
the amount of food you will be eating.  The one dish meals, soups, stew and spaghetti sauce reheat better in
a sauce pan slowly on top of the stove. 
Q: How do I send you a testimonial?
A:  Just send me an email with your impressions of my food and I'll add it to the site, or you can use my contact form if you prefer.
